Training Diet and Simplicity

This is my attempt to track my workouts, and diet in one place and to prove that everyone can do it. It;s not rocket science.
1st off none of the programs I am doing have been created by me nor is the diet something I created. The information is out there you just have to look for it. There are many great resources on the net. Hopefully you aren't attracting to douchebags because there are alot in the fitness world. However want i am doing is training not exercising I have a goal. Will post the outline of the program and my diet requirements next post.
